Amy Poehler Gets Epic Homecoming As Hasty Pudding's Woman of the Year 2015!

Amy Poehler happily poses with her golden pudding pot trophy while attending her 2015 Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year Award Ceremony held at the Hasty Pudding Theatricals at Harvard University on Thursday (January 29) in Cambridge, Mass.

The 43-year-old actress, who grew up in Burlington and graduated from Boston College in 1993, paraded around the university in a convertible alongside Hasty Pudding Theatricals members dressed in drag, with hundreds of fans lining the streets chanting her name.

Amy was later given a roast by the members of the theatre troupe before hitting the stage to give a speech and accept her award.

“When I was growing up in Burlington, Harvard University was a place we threw rocks at on our way to our real jobs. When I drove by and gave you the middle finger, I had no idea I’d be honored by you [one day],” Amy joked (via The Boston Globe). “I haven’t seen this many white people since I took my top off at a mime convention.”

Amy‘s Parks and Recreation co-star Chris Pratt is Hasty Pudding’s Man of the Year. Chris, 35, will get his own parade and roast next week on Friday (February 6).
