Barbra Streisand Writes Touching Note of Support to Celine Dion

Barbara Streisand has taken to her Instagram account to share a touching note of support for her longtime friend Celine Dion.

“Dear @CelineDion – Every time you look at your children’s faces, you will see René. With love and strength – B,” she captioned the below vintage photo of them sitting on a staircase.

The message of support came while Celine was greeting mourners and fans at her late husband Rene Angelil‘s visitation on Thursday (January 21). The full wake is being live-streamed online and the singer has been standing by her husband’s open casket for hours while greeting hundreds of people.

Barbra and Celine collaborated back in 1997 on the song “Tell Him.”
