Idris Elba Says 'James Bond' Rumors Are 'The Wildest In The World'

Idris Elba is all smiles while posing for photographs at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego during his interview at SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio Show as part of 2016 Comic-Con on Thursday (July 21) in San Diego, Calif.

That same morning, the 43-year-old actor made an appearance on Good Morning America to promote Star Trek Beyond and talk about all those James Bond rumors.

“It is the wildest rumor in the world,” Idris told Michael Strahan. “If it were to happen it would be the will of the nation because there’s been no talks with me and studios about any of that. Everywhere I go people want that to happen but if I’m really honest man, I think I’m too old for that.”
