Adele has her hands full as she runs errands on Tuesday afternoon (August 30) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 28-year-old “Hello” singer rocked cute animal print sunglasses as she spent the summer afternoon out and about.

Adele has had a busy summer touring around the world. After months on the road, she recently had to cancel one of her shows due to an illness.

Adele will be back on stage in Michigan on September 6th.
