Ryan Lochte Ambushed on 'DWTS': Protesters Storm Stage in New Footage - Watch

Ryan Lochte was the subject of an attack on stage last night (September 12) during the live premiere of Dancing with the Stars, and now there’s new video footage of the incident.

Host Tom Bergeron explained that the protesters, who stormed the stage to send a message to Ryan, were screened as normal audience members. They were dressed in t-shirts that read “No Lochte.” The attack was aimed at Ryan, who had been involved in lots of legal drama for his part in the Rio robbery lie.

“Two individuals stormed the dance floor tonight and were immediately subdued and escorted out of the building,” producers told THR. “The matter is now being handled by the authorities.”
