Former 'RHONJ' Star Dina Manzo Tied Up & Beaten During Home Invasion
Dina Manzo, best known for starring on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, went through a terrifying experience this weekend when home invaders tied her up and beat her.
The 45-year-old former reality star arrived home in Holmdel, N.J. on Saturday night (May 14) just before 11pm to find two thieves inside the townhouse.
Dina was with her boyfriend David Cantin, 37, who she shares the home with. The assailants rushed at them when they opened the door and Cantin was hit several times with a baseball bat while Manzo was punched multiple times.
The thieves got away with cash and jewelry, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
“Dina and David are obviously shaken up from the traumatic and violent home invasion and robbery,” their attorney, Andrew B. Brettler, told People. “No one should ever have to go through what they did. They are grateful to law enforcement and the other emergency responders and appreciate everyone’s concern and well-wishes.”
Cantin suffered “significant” injuries to his face, including a broken nose, while Manzo suffered facial injuries as well. They were taken to a local hospital, where they were treated and released.
