Lin-Manuel Miranda Joins Disney XD's 'DuckTales' Series

Lin-Manuel Miranda is set voice a character in the upcoming animated series DuckTales!

The 37-year-old Hamilton creator is a lifelong DuckTales fan, so this is definitely a dream come true for him.

Lin-Manuel will play “Gizmoduck, a Duckburg hero whose true identity is Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera, a brilliant young intern working for Scrooge McDuck’s personal mad scientist, Gyro Gearloose.”

Rounding out the cast are David Tennant as Scrooge McDuck, Danny Pudi as Huey, Ben Schwartz as Dewey, Bobby Moynihan as Louie, Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack, and Toks Olagundoye as Mrs. Beakley.
