Billy Eichner Tells Seth Meyers 'American Horror Story: Cult' is 'Surreal Take on Post-Trump America'!

Billy Eichner made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday evening (August 7), and dished all about joining the cast of American Horror Story: Cult!

“It’s absolutely insane. It’s so crazy,” the 38-year-old entertainer told host Seth. “This is the biggest departure that I think most people have seen [from me] and it’s serious. There are some darkly funny moments, but it’s mostly serious and violent and sexual and all the things people have always wanted to see from me.”

Billy admitted he’s been “sworn to secrecy” but then confirmed that the most recent presidential election inspired Cult. “It starts on election night and then you see the fallout from that,” Billy revealed, “and it is a gory, fantasy, violent, sexual, surreal take on post-Trump America.”
