Bebe Rexha Defends Demi Lovato Amid Backlash Over 21 Savage Tweet

Bebe Rexha is slamming those who are coming at Demi Lovato, who has been sober for over six months, for bringing up drug use in her mentions over the 21 Savage backlash.

If you don’t know, on Sunday (February 3), Demi tweeted, “So far 21 savage memes have been my favorite part of the Super Bowl,” referring to the news that 21 Savage was arrested by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) for reportedly overstaying his visa

Demi deleted her Twitter over the backlash, adding, “If you’re gonna come at me for making a joke, try coming at me with some original not involving drugs.”

Bebe showed Demi some support on Monday (February 4), tweeting, “To all the people who who [sic] talked sh*t to Demi you’re F*CKIN DISGUSTING. Attacking someone that is 6 months sober about her personal issues with drugs and mental health over a tweet is LOW.”
