Rihanna's Stalker Pleads Guilty & Avoids Jail Time

The man who was arrested for breaking into Rihanna‘s last year has pleaded guilty to stalking the singer – and will not serve any jail time for it.

Eduardo Leon appeared in court on Wednesday (February 6) where he was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to partake in the county’s Office of Diversion and Reentry program – which is designed for offenders “with mental health and/or substance use disorders, including persons who are homeless,” The Blast reports.

Back in May 2018, Eduardo was arrested for breaking into the 30-year-old singer and makeup mogul’s home where he told police he was there to have sex with her.

Eduardo pled guilty to stalking, vandalism, and resisting arrest, but the burglary charge against him was dismissed.

Rihanna
was also granted a criminal protection order against him.
