Heidi Klum cozies up to fiance Tom Kaulitz as they attend the celebration party for The Jewelry of Lorraine Schwartz on Sunday (March 24) held at Artus in Hong Kong, China.

The 45-year-old former America’s Got Talent judge looked super chic in an emerald green and gold outfit as she hosted the event with jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz and Pharrell Williams.
