Tom Hiddleston Will Make His Broadway Debut in 'Betrayal'!

Tom Hiddleston is making his Broadway debut!

The 38-year-old Avengers actor will star in a revival of Harold Pinter‘s Betrayal, Deadline confirmed on Thursday (June 27).

Charlie Cox and Zawe Ashton will also co-star, and be making their own Broadway debuts.

Betrayal will be directed and produced by Jamie Lloyd, and will begin performances on August 14 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theater, with an official opening set for September 5. The engagement is limited to 17 weeks.

The play was originally inspired by Harold Pinter‘s clandestine extramarital affair with BBC Television presenter Joan Bakewell, which spanned seven years, from 1962 to 1969.
