Danny Masterson Sued for Stalking & Conspiracy to Cover Up Alleged Sexual Assaults

Danny Masterson is facing a lawsuit.

The 43-year-old That ’70′s Show alum and the Church of Scientology are being sued for stalking and intimidation, according to THR on Wednesday (August 14).

Chrissie Carnell Bixler, Marie Riales and two Jane Does filed a complaint in L.A. County Superior Court earlier in the day claiming Danny and the Church “harassed them and their families in an effort to silence and intimidate them.”

“Historically, when a member has complained of suffering sexual abuse, this disclosure has resulted in the member being forced to confront or apologize to his or her abuser and undergo a program to identify what ‘pulled in’ the abuse,” the complaint reads.

The women reportedly feared for their safety and suffered “substantial emotional distress” for being placed under surveillance and harassed after filing their reports with the LAPD.

Danny was written off The Ranch amid rape allegations filed back in 2017. He denies the allegations.
