Frozen's Josh Gad Performs a Showstopping Opening Number While Guest Hosting 'Ellen'

Josh Gad is bringing Broadway to The Ellen DeGeneres Show while filling in as guest host!

The 38-year-old actor, who voices the role of Olaf in Frozen and the new sequel, performed a fun opening number while hosting Ellen‘s show for the Friday (November 22) episode.

Josh, who got his big break on Broadway, joked that he is Ellen‘s understudy.

“Before I was Olaf, I was on Broadway starring in The Book of Mormon. I love to sing. I love to perform and I was thinking, maybe I could sing for all of you today?” he said before launching his opening number.
