Selena Gomez Wakes Up Early to Promote Album in NYC, Makes Up a Cute Song About It

Selena Gomez steps out after an appearance on Live! with Kelly & Ryan on Monday morning (January 13) in New York City.

The 27-year-old singer is hard at work promoting her new album Rare and she got up bright and early that morning after flying in from Los Angeles the night before. Selena was spotted keeping a low profile while arriving at the airport in the Big Apple.

Selena‘s makeup artist Hung Vanngo shared a cute video on his Instagram Stories of a little song that she made up to explain why they were awake so early on Monday morning.

“Why did we have to get up so early today?” Hung asks in the video. Selena then sings, “Because I have to promote my album, because I really want it to do good. But I’m on three hours of sleep and I want people to like my album called Rare.”
