Google just revealed the most-searched women of 2020!

The search company revealed the data on Sunday (March 8) in honor of International Women’s Day.

Data for the day includes: searches for “songs about girl power” reached an all-time high in the U.S., search interest in “women’s empowerment” increased by over 330% since 2004 in the U.S., and search interest in “women in tech” has increased by over 860% since 2004 in the U.S.

Google revealed that the most-searched for woman in music is Taylor Swift, the most-searched for female athlete is Serena Williams, the most searched-for woman in comedy is Awkwafina, and the most-searched for female author is Toni Morrison.
