'The Flash' Production Halted Due to Coronavirus Fears

The Flash is suspending filming.

The hit CW series will be shutting down production amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which has forced several other shows to come to a halt.

The production is shut down “until further notice” according to unit manager Brent Crowell, effective Friday (March 13). Everyone is advised not to come in to work.

The Flash unit manager Brent Crowell announced the shutdown “until further notice” in a note to cast and crew. It is effective today, March 13, and everyone is advised not to report to work, Deadline reported.

Riverdale, another Vancouver-based series, suspended their production two days ago following a crew member’s suspected contact with coronavirus.
