Billy Crudup In Talks For Second Time To Join 'The Flash' Movie

Billy Crudup is currently in talks to rejoin The Flash movie.

The Hollywood Reporter says that the 52-year-old actor could possibly return to play Barry Allen’s father in the flick.

Billy has been attached to the project since 2016, since Rick Famuyiwa was attached as the director of the movie, however, after he left the project, Billy‘s involvement was left up in the air.

As of right now, Andy Muschietti is the director and the team is planning a shoot in 2021 in London.

As the film switched hands multiple times, Billy eventually left. However, it seems he’s back in talks to be part of it. He did appear 2017′s Justice League.

The Flash movie would center on Barry, played by Ezra Miller, go back in time to prevent the murder of his mother, an act that proves to have unintended consequences for his timeline.
