Katy Perry's Hair Stylist Reveals How to Get Her Inauguration Look

Katy Perry gave one of the best performances of her career at the Celebrating America concert as the perfect end to Joe Biden‘s Inauguration Day and she also looked incredible!

The 36-year-old singer’s longtime hair stylist Rick Henry is now revealing how you can recreate her look from the performance.

“Over the last 15 years, I’ve experienced so many incredible moments with Katy. This goes down as one of the greatest! I am honored to be part of such an historical day! He continued, “In preparation for the big day, It was important that her iconic platinum blonde hair was perfection! Here is the step by step and formula, along with my favorite go to Joico products, on how to achieve that blonde!!”

Step 1:
“Prep the hair with Defy Damage ProSeries 1 by spraying in short bursts 6 inches away from the head and combing through for even distribution. Make sure to shake the can vigorously first and spray in 2-inch sections.

Step 2:
