Shocking New Details of Child Porn Charges Against Josh Duggar Surface in Court

Josh Duggar is accused of downloading some heinous material.

Homeland security agent Gerald Faulkner revealed new details in the federal investigation into the 33-year-old 19 Kids and Counting reality TV star on Wednesday (May 5).

In the testimony, the agent claimed that Josh downloaded files depicting child sex abuse on May 14, 15 and 16 of 2019.

The files were first flagged by a police detective in Little Rock, Ark., and then traced to his IP address on a computer at his work at the time, the Wholesale Motorcars dealership, the agent said.

One file showed child sex abuse involving children ranging from 18 months to 12 years of age, and he said it was “in the top five of the worst of the worst that I’ve ever had to examine.”

When they raided the dealership and asked to speak with him, he “spontaneously” responded: “What is this about? Has someone been downloading child pornography?”

The agent alleged that when Josh was asked about seeing or having child sex abuse material in his possession, he said, “I’d rather not answer that question.”

He also said Josh had a program on his computer called “Covenant Eyes,” which the agent described as “accountability software” which monitors and reports internet use to a partner, meant to help people with porn addictions. It would reportedly send those reports to his wife, Anna.

According to the agent, Covenant Eyes was unable to detect his internet usage on the password-protected network.

The hearing will determine whether he can leave the Arkansas detention center where he’s being held. He was arrested last week on a count of receipt of child pornography and a count of possession of child pornography. He pled not guilty. He also made a request in court.

If he is convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines for each count.
