Helen Mirren hits the red carpet in style with co-star and fellow Academy Award nominee Christopher Plummer at the 2010 Oscars held at the Kodak Theatre on Sunday (March 7) in Hollywood.

The 64-year-old actress paired a Badgley Mischka gown with Chopard earrings for the event, where she’s nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her work in The Last Station.

The two friends had some fun with reporters on the red carpet – when USA Today asked who made his suit, Christopher said, “I did. I stayed up all night.”

“I hemmed the trousers for him,” Helen said.

The 48-year-old actor wore a custom-tailored black tuxedo, dress shirt and tie, all by Burberry.

Woody was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his work in The Messenger! The award went to Christoph Waltz for Inglourious Basterds.

The 47-year-old Charlie’s Angels actress wore a stunning Atelier Versace strapless silk organza
gown paired with satin double-platform Versace sandals. The gown is a
blush tone with a full tiered skirt and a rose detail. She also carried a dark gold Ferragamo leather envelope clutch with pale pink stone closure. Demi accessorized with Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry.

Sigourney Weaver looks fantastic in Lanvin and Jimmy Choo ‘Akuna’ jeweled sandals as she arrives at the 2010 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (March 7).

The 60-year-old Avatar actress was joined by her husband Jim Simpson at the event.

Although she isn’t nominated tonight, Sigourney is no stranger to the Oscars. She was nominated three times for her work in Aliens, Working Girl, and Gorillas in the Mist: The Story of Dian Fossey.
