Jim Carrey sports giant, fake feet shoes as he arrives at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 51-year-old actor was spotted snapping photos with Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler.

Ang Lee has been named the winner of the Best Director award at the 2013 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (February 24) in Hollywood.

The 58-year-old director was awarded for his work on the hit film Life of Pi.

Ang was joined at the ceremony by his star Suraj Sharma, who acted for the first time in this film!

Life of Pi also picked up the awards for Best Original Score, Best Cinematography, and Best Visual Effects.

Naomi Campbell and Petra Nemcova look stunning at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Petra, 33, rocked a Ralph and Russo dress, Chopard jewels, and Salvatore Ferragamo shoes and bag.

Colton Haynes arrives at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 24-year-old Arrow actor was joined by Hunger Games actress Leven Rambin.

“Good mornin! The Oscar madness continues. Gearin up for Elton’s,” Colton wrote on his Twitter account earlier in the day. “Have a fun/safe Oscar Sunday!”

During the show, the ladies joined their Chicago co-stars Richard Gere and Catherine Zeta-Jones to present the awards for Best Original Score to Life of Pi and Best Original Song to Adele for “Skyfall”.
