Hunter Hayes flashes a smile while speaking onstage during the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards held at Music City Center on Monday (December 15) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 23-year-old singer was on hand to give out the Album of the Year Award, which was won by Eric Church.

In case you didn’t know, Hunter was just recently grabbed a nomination for Best Country Solo Performance at the 2015 Grammys. This nomination marked his fifth at the music award ceremony.

“To be nominated for a GRAMMY is one of the most exciting things that can happen in your career,” Hunter shared in a statement. “For ‘Invisible’ to be nominated is so special for me and my co-writers and the phenomenal team who recorded this record. This is one of the happiest days of my career so far.”

Miranda Lambert is dazzling while performing onstage during the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards held at Music City Center on Monday (December 15) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 31-year-old entertainer, who won Female Vocalist of the Year, performed her hit song “Platinum.”

“Thank you American Country Countdown for this really fun, awesome night,” Miranda shared during her acceptance speech. “And to all of our fans, we appreciate you so much. Thanks for showing up and partying with us. We love you!”

On the same night, Miranda also performed with Kelly Clarkson to honor country legend Reba McEntire.

Kenny Chesney rocks a cowboy hat while accepting the Groundbreaker Award onstage during the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards held at Music City Center on Monday (December 15) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 46-year-old singer was presented with the award by Vince Vaughn, who raved, “Few artists have single-handedly elevated country music to new heights. They are the groundbreakers. They are the artists who will never be forgotten. In stadiums and arenas all over America, Kenny‘s been a game-changer in live music. Tour after tour, album after album, great song after great song, Kenny Chesney continues to thrill county fans and break ground as only he can.”

“God gave me an incredible gift, and that gift was, He put a song in my heart. And that song has taken me to places that I never dreamed it would. That gift has allowed me to connect with millions of people over the years in ways that I never thought was possible. Music allows us to find commonality and it validates all of our lives in ways that nothing else can, and that’s what I love about music,” Kenny shared during his acceptance speech.

Kelly Clarkson flashes a big smile while performing onstage with Reba McEntire during the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards held at Music City Center on Monday (December 15) in Nashville, Tenn.

The two singers were joined for the performance by Miranda Lambert, who took home the award for Female Vocalist of the Year.

Kelly and Miranda wowed the crowd with “How Blue” and “Take It Back,” before singing “Fancy” with Reba, who was honored with the first ever Icon Award.
