The cast has been hard at work filming their upcoming movie It Ends With Us!
Blake Lively and Brandon Sklenar are among those starring in the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover‘s popular book of the same name, and the cast kicked off the new year by returning to set after the SAG strike halted production in the summer of 2023.
Now that they’ve been back filming for nearly two weeks, the young actors portraying the younger versions of their characters have officially been confirmed!
The 35-year-old actress, who is Oscar-nominated for her work in the Netflix movie Mank, teamed up with the streaming service for the upcoming horror film Things Heard & Seen.
The movie is based on the acclaimed novel by Elizabeth Brundage and was written and directed by Oscar-nominated filmmakers Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman.
Here is the synopsis: Catherine Clare (Seyfried) reluctantly trades life in 1980s Manhattan for a remote home in the tiny hamlet of Chosen, New York, after her husband George (James Norton) lands a job teaching art history at a small Hudson Valley college. Even as she does her best to transform the old dairy farm into a place where young daughter Franny will be happy, Catherine increasingly finds herself isolated and alone. She soon comes to sense a sinister darkness lurking both in the walls of the ramshackle property-and in her marriage to George.

A trailer was just released for the new film, which will hit theaters on October 4 and be available exclusively on DirecTV on September 5.
Here’s the film’s synopsis: In the long days of summer in a beach town on the New Jersey shore, high schooler Alan (Keean Johnson) and his friends Red (Alex Neustaedter) and Smitty (Daniel Zolghadri) break into vacation homes to steal valuables, funding dates at the boardwalk and lunches at the burger stand. When Alan and his younger brother Peter (Martell) find a bag of gold coins, they try to hide them from the others — but Red, suspicious and violently unpredictable, seems willing to do anything to get the money.
Also starring in the film are Kristine Froseth and Shea Whigham. The movie was written and directed by newcomer Kevin McMullin.
