Zac Efron just released his new Netflix series Down to Earth and it follows him traveling the world with superfoods guru and author Darin Olien.

So, who is Darin? He is credited as an “exotic superfoods hunter, supplement formulator, and author” on his official website.

Darin released his guide to healthy eating, “SuperLife: The 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit, and Eternally Awesome,” in 2017. He also helped create the formula for Shakeology and he co-created BeachBody’s plant-based Ultimate Reset 21-day detoxification program.

There are a bunch of other things that Darin has done, but now he’ll likely be most recognized for his role as co-host of Down to Earth!

If you follow him on Instagram, then you know that he is a dog lover and he constantly has his dog Chaga by his side. He lives a vegan lifestyle, though he has said he’s not passionate about making everyone vegan. He thinks everyone should eat what is best for their body.

Eliza Coupe and her husband Darin Olien are filing for divorce after four years together.

According to TMZ, Darin filed legal documents on Monday (April 2) seeking to end their marriage.

The couple got married on Christmas Eve back in December of 2014, after getting engaged on Thanksgiving.

Eliza was previously married to puppeteer Randall Whittinghill from 2007 to 2013.

Following their split, Eliza was ordered to pay Randall $7,000/month in spousal support for 2 years in addition to a lump sum of $306,000.

“Why not get married on Christmas Eve in New Zealand? Happy Holidays! Love, The Oliens,” the 33-year-old former Happy Endings actress captioned a photo on Instagram.

In the pic, Eliza and Darin, 44, are holding hands, showing off their wedding rings.

This is the second marriage for Eliza, who was previously married to Randall Whittinghall from 2007 to 2013. She currently stars on the USA comedy series Benched, which airs on Tuesday nights at 10/9c.

Later in the day, Eliza added a photo of herself and Darin while wearing her new engagement ring. She added, “Giving Thanks. @darin_olien.”
