Dexter is one of the most beloved TV series of the ’00s.

The show originally aired on Showtime from October 1, 2006, to September 22, 2013.

The series centers around Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a forensic tech specializing in bloodstain pattern analysis for the Miami police, who leads a secret life as a serial killer hunting down murderers who have not been properly punished by the justice system.

The show won much critical acclaim over the years in its run across eight seasons, followed by a ten-episode limited series in 2021. There’s also a prequel series in the works! Over time, many of the stars have since amassed a considerable amount of wealth in their own right.

Michael C. Hall suits up as he attends the PaleyFest: Fall TV Farewell for his hit show Dexter held at The Paley Center for Media on Thursday (September 12) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 42-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Jennifer Carpenter, Yvonne Strahovski, Desmond Harrington, Aimee Garcia, C.S. Lee, David Zayas, Christina Robinson, and Preston Bailey at the panel where they talked about filming on their last days.

“When we shot the final-final scene, it was – you know the feeling when you read a really great book and the last page and something’s hovering in the air – it was like that times a hundred,” Michael expressed (via Zap2it). “Just a collective magical, sad, a lot of things at once.”

The series finale of Dexter will air on Sunday (September 22) at 9/8c on Showtime.

Michael and the cast revealed that the show wrapped just last week and that the series finale will air on Sunday (September 22) at 9/8c on Showtime.

Tonight marked the end of an era when Gossip Girl came to an end after six seasons on the air.

The finale episode – which featured the marriage of Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick‘s characters Blair and Chuck – revealed the identity of Gossip Girl, something kept secret the entire series.

“The actors were really excited and surprised,” series creator Stephanie Savage told E! about the identity. “Everyone has had many theories over the years. I think they liked it.”

Amanda Seyfried and her beau Desmond Harrington spend the day out and about together on Saturday (October 20) in New York City.

The 26-year-old actress and Desmond, 36, grabbed coffee with her pooch Finn and some pals.
