Naomi Watts posted the sweetest birthday message to her son Sasha, 9, on his birthday on Monday (July 25).
“Happy birthday to our first little miracle. Sweet Sasha is adventurous, loving and kind. A powerful beam of light in our family. Feel so blessed to watch him grow. ❤️❤️☀️☀️🎉🎉 @lievschreiber” Naomi captioned the photo on her Instagram.
Liev Schreiber grabs his headphones and goes out for a jog on Thursday (July 14) in Brentwood, Calif.
The 48-year-old Ray Donovan star appeared on Conan earlier this week and shared an especially embarrassing moment with the talk show host.
In Liev‘s first film role (the 1994 comedy Mixed Nuts), he played a transvestite who had to dance the foxtrot with Steve Martin‘s character.
Liev recalled the first dance rehearsal, which involved a lot of close leg movement. “I sort of chuckled to myself, ‘Boy would this be inappropriate if I became aroused.’ Nothing could’ve been more inappropriate, so of course I get probably the best [erection] I’ve ever had in my life. I’m mortified because we haven’t even shook hands yet, and every time he spins me it’s thwack into his leg.”
Steve was purely professional about the whole thing, though! “[He] is just looking up at the ceiling, swinging me around,” Liev added. “I want to say I’ve come a long way since then. And I should probably thank Steve, if he’s watching, for not saying anything.”

Here’s what the 48-year-old Ray Donovan star had to share:
On meeting his partnerNaomi Watts: “She said, ‘What are you doing later on—you want to go dancing?’ And I was like, yeah. So I went down to this club that she told me to meet her at, and of course she was there with Sean Penn and Benecio del Toro, and I’m kind of standing around like a bump on a log, waiting for my turn. I think I was nervous, and I felt very embarrassed being there, and self-conscious, because all these movie stars were hovering, and I felt…awkward and out of my element. And I wasn’t going to make a good impression. So I said, ‘I’m sorry, but I gotta go home.’ She chased me outside and said, ‘Don’t you want my digits?’”
On the greatest thing he’s ever done: “I remember [skydiving] profoundly. Being on the plane and edging toward the open door and thinking, ‘What the hell am I doing?’ – every instinct in my body saying ‘Get away from this’ – and then I said to myself, ‘No, it’s OK. I’m gonna die.’ And then I jumped and it was the greatest thing I’ve ever done.”
