John Krasinski takes the mic to talk about his new film The Hollars at the AOL Build studios on Wednesday (August 17) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actor, who directed the film, was joined by his co-stars Sharlto Copley and Margo Martindale.

Also starring Anna Kendrick and Charlie Day, The Hollars is about a man who returns to his small hometown after learning that his mother has fallen ill and is about to undergo surgery.

The first trailer for John Krasinski and Anna Kendrick‘s upcoming movie The Hollars has been released!

The film was directed by John and he also stars in it alongside Margo Martindale, Richard Jenkins, Sharlto Copley, Charlie Day, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Josh Groban, and Randall Park.

Here is the synopsis: John Hollar, a struggling NYC artist is forced to navigate the small middle-American town he left behind when news of his mother’s illness brings him home. Back in the house he grew up in, John is immediately swept up in the problems of his dysfunctional family, high school rival, and an over-eager ex-girlfriend as he faces impending fatherhood with his girlfriend in New York.

The Hollars will hit theaters on August 26!

The 39-year-old pregnant actress was joined by her beau and co-star Matthew Rhys, as well as fellow actors on the show Margo Martindale, Holly Taylor, Costa Ronin, Noah Emmerich, Annet Mahendru, and Keidrich Sellati. Frankie Grande and John Corbett also stepped out to show their support!

Keri recently made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers and discussed how to keep pregnant women happy!

At the event, Bryan was asked about his thoughts on Donald Trump running for president.

“Donald Trump is filled with inflammatory rhetoric, and I just think that he would say anything,” Bryan expressed (via Vulture). “Look, he’s appealing to some of our most basic emotions through fear. And I think America is quite earnestly feeling that way. So the emotion is real.”

“There are many aspects to Donald Trump. He’s a complicated guy, and I’ll be honest, an aspect that I like is that he is refreshing,” Bryan added. “I think people realize that he doesn’t have a filter, and he doesn’t even care if what he is saying is politically correct. The rest of the candidates are very managed. I think they have an extremely handled approach to delivering a press conference. For some reason at this moment in time, he is relevant in our political landscape. We need to learn from what he’s doing. Meaning that it’s time for us to adapt. And I think the bigger thing that I keep thinking about is, why are so many Americans responding to him?”
