Mumford & Sons Cover 'Billboard' Magazine

Mumford & Sons band members Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Winston Marshall, and Ted Dwane share laughs while posing on the cover of Billboard‘s latest issue, on newsstands October 5!

The band sold 600,000 copies of their sophomore album Babel in its debut sales week in the United States.

Ben, back-up vocalist of the band, shared how things started changing for the band in 2009 when they opened for British indie rock band the Maccabees. “That was really when things started to change for us — and it was before we released ‘Sigh No More,’” Ben said. “All of a sudden everyone was like, ‘It’s all right to like these guys if you like rock music.’”

Mumford & Sons 'I Will Wait' - Listen Now!

Marcus Mumford and his band Mumford & Sons rock out in their recently released track “I Will Wait” – check it out below!

The song is the first one they’ve released off their upcoming album Babel, which drops September 24. We can’t wait to hear the rest of it!

Mumford & Sons - Grammys 2012 Red Carpet

Mumford & Sons arrive at the 2012 Grammy Awards held at Staples Center on Sunday (February 12) in Los Angeles.

Bandmates Winston Marshall, Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane, and Ben Lovett are nominated for some of the night’s biggest awards.

The group’s hit song, “The Cave,” is up for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. They’re also up for Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song.

The 2012 Grammy Awards, hosted by LL Cool J, airs live TONIGHT at 8 p.m. on CBS!

FYI: Ben, Ted, and Winston are wearing full Billy Reid looks. Marcus wore the designer’s blazer and vest.

Mumford & Sons - Grammys 2011 Red Carpet

Winston Marshall, Ben Lovett, Marcus Mumford and Ted Dwane of the band Mumford & Sons hit the red carpet together in Burberry at the 2011 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Sunday (February 13) in Los Angeles.

At the Grammys, the English folk rock band joined rock n’ roll legend Bob Dylan as well as The Avett Brothers in their group rendition of Dylan‘s 1965 classic song, “Maggie’s Farm”.

Mumford & Sons earned Grammy Award nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rock Song (“Little Lion Man”).
