Liam Hemsworth Stars in 'Most Dangerous Game' Heading to Quibi Streaming Service!

Quibi has released the title of Liam Hemsworth‘s upcoming series!

The upcoming streaming service shared the first photos of their new action series Most Dangerous Game, starring the 30-year-old Australian actor and Christoph Waltz.

Here’s the show’s synopsis: Desperate to take care of his pregnant wife before a terminal illness can take his life, Dodge Maynard (Hemsworth) accepts an offer to participate in a deadly game where he soon discovers that he’s not the hunter… but the prey. This action-thriller explores the limits of how far someone would go to fight for their life and their family. Let the games begin.

Most Dangerous Game also stars Sarah Gadon, Zach Cherry, Aaron Poole, Christopher Webster, Billy Burke, Natasha Bordizzo, and Jimmy Akingbola.

Quibi – which is short for “quick bites” – is launching on April 6.

'Reno 911!' Season 7 Is Coming to Quibi!

Reno 911! is coming back!

The beloved cop comedy series will return for a new seventh season at Quibi, the network and Comedy Central Productions announced on Friday (December 6).

Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Thomas Lennon, who starred in the original series, are all attached to write and star in the new season.

Additional casting is set to be announced at a later date.

RENO 911! holds a special place in our hearts, and it will be a delight to get the original cast back together for ‘re-boot goofin.’ Hopefully Nick Swardson can still roller skate. Quibi’s short format seems custom made for our show,” Thomas said in a statement.

Kendall & Kris Jenner Are Producing a 'Kirby Jenner' Series for Quibi!

Kendall Jenner and her mom Kris Jenner are teaming up with the new streaming service Quibi to launch a new series based on the Instagram parody account @KirbyJenner.

The “series will chronicle the daily life of Kirby Jenner, the fraternal twin brother of Kendall.”

Here’s how Quibi describes the series: The “unsung hero” of the Kardashian/Jenner family, Kirby is ready to step in front of the camera for the first time — with the full support of his mother and manager, Kris Jenner. The series — the latest offshoot of E!’s flagship Keeping up with the Kardashians — will feature Kirby’s interactions with all members of his blended family, including sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie.

“I’m thrilled that Quibi viewers will get an inside look at the life of my twin brother and he’ll finally have the opportunity to shine in this series,” Kendall said in a statement.

Kirby added, “Thanks, Mom.”

Nicole Richie to Star as Rap Alter Ego Nikki Fre$h in Quibi Series!

Nicole Richie is about to portray her rap alter-ego!

The 38-year-old actress will star in Nikki Fre$h, a comedy series coming to Quibi.

Here’s a synopsis: “Nikki Fre$h brings a new voice to wellness with a totally fresh style of music – ‘Parent Trap’ – dropping socially conscious and educational rhymes on the world. In the series, Nikki Fre$h will interact with real life experts from the ever-expanding wellness world to learn ways to better serve our bodies and our planet — while comedically exaggerating those solutions to the edge of sanity.”

Music on the series will be overseen by husband Joel Madden and Benji Madden.

Quibi launches April 6, 2020 in the United States.

Kiefer Sutherland Joins 'The Fugitive' Series with Boyd Holbrook

Kiefer Sutherland and Boyd Holbrook are set to star in The Fugitive, a new series for Quibi based on 1993 movie starring Harrison Ford.

Production on the series will begin in mid-October in Los Angeles.

Here is the show’s synopsis: When a bomb rips through the Los Angeles subway train he’s riding on, blue-collar Mike Ferro (Holbrook) just wants to make sure his wife, Allison, and 10-year-old daughter, Pearl, are safe. But the faulty evidence on the ground and “tweet-now, confirm-later” journalism paint a nightmarish picture: it looks to all the world that Mike was responsible for the heinous act. Wrongfully—and very publicly—accused, Mike must prove his innocence by uncovering the real perpetrator, before the legendary cop (Sutherland) heading the investigation can apprehend him. With the city in a state of panic and misinformation traveling at the speed of social media, Mike’s life and family hang in the balance as he becomes… The Fugitive.

Christoph Waltz Joins Liam Hemsworth in Quibi Action Thriller Series

Christoph Waltz is joining Liam Hemsworth in a new show!

The 62-year-old Oscar-winner has signed on to star in an untitled upcoming action thriller series heading to Quibi, Deadline reports.

In the series, “desperate to take care of his pregnant wife before a terminal illness can take his life, Dodge Maynard (Hemsworth) accepts an offer to participate in a deadly game where he soon discovers that he’s not the hunter… but the prey. The action-thriller explores the limits of how far someone would go to fight for their life and their family. Let the games begin.”

Christoph will be playing Miles Seller in the series.

Quibi is a subscription-based streaming platform designed to deliver short-form scripted and unscripted content to your cell phone that is set to launch in spring 2020.
