It’s really official – Prison Break is coming back.

While Fox ordered a pilot episode back in the summer, the network just announced that the revival has been ordered straight to series for nine new episodes, according to TVLine.com.

The cast is still being worked out, but original stars Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell are confirmed to reprise their roles.

“The story unravels on an international landscape – it’s not a domestic [plot],” Fox co-chariman/CEO Dana Walden said. “We open on a very international contemporary-feeling story.”

Cast members Sarah Wayne Callies and Robert Knepper are in talks to to return as Sara and T-Bag. Filming is set to begin this spring.

In the meantime, you can catch Wentworth and Dominic starring together on The CW’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Lauren Cohan, Sarah Wayne Callies, and Alanna Masterson rock various looks on the red carpet while attending the 2015 Producers Guild of America Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Saturday (January 24) in Los Angeles.

Other members of The Walking Dead‘s cast in attendance included Christian Serratos, Scott Wilson, and Tyler James Williams. They were all there to help support the show’s producer Gale Anne Hurd, who received the David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Motion Pictures.

Ms. Hurd‘s film career includes the movies The Terminator, Aliens, Dante’s Peak, Armageddon, The Incredible Hulk, The Punisher, and much more. While accepting her award, she said that receiving the honor meant more to her than winning an Oscar would ever be.
