We can already tell that this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live, starring Melissa McCarthy, is going to be one to remember.

The 46-year-old actress starts off the promo singing West Side Story‘s “I Feel Pretty” and prancing around in a lovely floral outfit.

Then she hits the makeup chair where she’s transformed into her iconic role as Sean Spicer and she continues to sing “I Feel Pretty” as him.

Rob Gronkowski, tight end for the Super Bowl winning New England Patriots, just interrupted Press Secretary Sean Spicer‘s White House press briefing live.

The 27-year-old athlete, who is known for his colorful personality, stopped by to ask, “You need some help?”

Sean assured him he was a-okay by himself!

The New England Patriots are in Washington, DC today to celebrate their Super Bowl win and meet the President. Quarterback Tom Brady will not be in attendance and explained why in a statement.

Sean Spicer doesn’t get the least bit excited when Melissa McCarthy is about to give her best impersonation of him on Saturday Night Live.

The 45-year-old White House press secretary says the sketches air when it’s already past his bedtime.

“I’m usually fast asleep by the time that comes on,” Sean told CNN on Monday (April 17). “I’m in bed, get up, go to church next day, and look ahead.”

Sean has previously said he thought Melissa‘s impression was “funny,” but that his she “could dial back” a bit.

Since February, Melissa has portrayed Sean in three different skits. Watch the latest one of Melissa dressed up as the Easter Bunny while tackling Sean‘s comments about Hitler.

Sean Spicer is apologizing again for his shocking comments on Hitler and chemical warfare made on Tuesday (April 11).

During a briefing with the White House press corps, he said, “We didn’t even use chemical weapons in World War II. You had a – you know someone as despicable as Hitler who didn’t even sink to using chemical weapons.

Today, he apologized.

“I made a mistake. There’s no other way to say it,” the Press Secretary told Greta Van Susteren. “I got into a topic that I shouldn’t have and I screwed up.”

“Your job as spokesperson is to help amplify the president’s actions and accomplishments. When you’re distracting from that accomplishment and your job is to do the exact opposite, on a professional level it’s disappointing because I think I’ve let the president down.”

Sean Spicer has issued an apology for suggesting that Hitler did not use chemical weapons during the Holocaust.

The 45-year-old White House Press Secretary made the comment during a press briefing while condemning Syria’s chemical weapons attack last week.

“We didn’t even use chemical weapons in World War II,” Spicer said. “You had a – you know someone as despicable as Hitler who didn’t even sink to using chemical weapons.”

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer told the press corps on Tuesday (April 11) that Adolf Hitler did not use chemical weapons during the Holocaust when talking about the recent attacks in Syria.

One reporter asked the Secretary to clarify what he meant when talking about President Bashar al-Assad of Syria using chemical warfare.

“He was not using the gas on his own people in the same way that Assad is doing,” he said. He also made reference to concentration camps as “Holocaust centers.”
