Rita Ora poses on the red carpet as she preps to present an award at the 2013 Fashion Retail Academy Awards held at the Fashion Retail Academy on Tuesday (July 2) in London, England.

“Had so much fun with the Man Uncle Sir Philip Green today celebrating the Fashion Retail Academy and all the Students that won an award today it was an Honour being your surprise guest! you inspire me. #inspiration #thanku” the 22-year-old entertainer wrote on her Instagram, along with a pic.
