Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus will no longer be getting divorced.

The 49-year-old entertainer and father of Miley Cyrus revealed the news on The View scheduled to air tomorrow!

“I’ve dropped the divorce,” Billy said during the interview. “I want to put my family back together, things are the best they’ve ever been.”

The couple cited irreconcilable differences in divorce papers filed back in October in Tennessee.

“I feel like I got my Miley back in a way,” he added. “I feel like we are the daddy and daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened.”

The 18-year-old entertainer’s mom, who is serving as a producer on the flick, just flew in to check up on her daughter as well as the production.

The day before, Miley was all smiles as she headed to set despite the controversy of the recent video that leaked of her smoking from a bong.

Miley Cyrus dons a bindi while leaving her hotel on Friday (November 12) in New York City.

Last weekend, the 17-year-old teen queen reportedly hit it off with Kings of Leon rocker Jared Followill, 23, after meeting at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid, Spain.

Just this past Wednesday, Jared was spotted in NYC to support his brother Caleb‘s fiance, model Lily Aldridge, at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Miley has had a crush on Jared, who’s also from Tennessee, for a while. After last year’s Grammy Awards, she told Rolling Stone that Jared is “pretty good-looking.” We agree!

The couple, married for 17 years, told People, “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

Billy Ray and Tish have five children, including pop sensation Miley Cyrus.

The couple cited irreconcilable differences in divorce papers filed on Wednesday (October 27) in Tennessee.
