Kelsea Ballerini has no times for the haters.

On Sunday night (April 7), the 30-year-old country music singer hosted the 2024 CMT Music Awards and at one point during the show, Kelsea came out for a performance of her song “Love Me Like You Mean It.”

For her performance, Kelsea wore a sparkling gold leotard with black tights and some viewers took issue with the fact that she performed “pantsless.”

After the awards show, Kelsea took to TikTok to hit back at the critics.

Maren Morris was one of the country stars who did NOT attend the 2024 CMT Music Awards on Sunday night (April 7).

The 33-year-old musician was up for CMT Performance of the Year during the ceremony, for her CMT Crossroads collaboration of “Take Me to Church” with Hozier.

That award did end up being awarded to Jelly Roll, who had a big night, winning all three of the awards he was nominated in.

In a video on Maren‘s Instagram stories on Sunday, she shared what her plans were for the night, which was much different than many of her peers.

The 2024 CMT Music Awards are just wrapping up on Sunday night (April 7) at the Moody Center in Austin, Tex.

The annual awards show honored the best of country music videos over the past year, and was hosted by Kelsea Ballerini.

Throughout the night, many stars took the stage to present awards and there were several performances, including from Kelsea herself, Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Sam Hunt and a huge group performance by both a reunited Sugarland and Little Big Town, who just announced they’re going on tour together later this year!

Beyoncé‘s new album Cowboy Carter was represented at the 2024 CMT Music Awards held at Moody Center on Sunday (April 7) in Austin, Tex.

Tanner Adell, Tiera Kennedy, Reyna Roberts and Brittney Spencer all took to the stage to present an award together.

The four country music artists are all featured on Beyoncé‘s cover of “Blackbiird” on her latest album Cowboy Carter.

Tanner also lends vocals to the album’s opening track “American Requiem,” while Tiera, Reyna and Brittney all sing harmonies on “Tyrant.”

On the red carpet earlier in the night, Tanner talked about working on the song and hearing it for the first time.

“You know, I found out, along with the rest of the world, what all of this sounded like and looked like,” she told Billboard. “It was just as much a gift for me as I know it was for everybody else.

Another artist who worked on Cowboy Carter, Willie Jones, was also in attendance at the CMT Music Awards. He is a featured artist on the song “Just For Fun.”

Kelsea Ballerini included her boyfriend Chase Stokes in her opening monologue at the 2024 CMT Music Awards, which were held Sunday night (April 7) at the Moody Center in Austin, Tex.

The 30-year-old “Blindsided” singer hosted the awards show for the fourth year in a row, though this time she did it solo!

During her first time on stage for her opening monologue, Kelsea shared a clip of herself from the Grammys and introduced a segment of revealing what celebrities were really thinking, in “real time.”

She “read” the minds of such celebs as Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Carly Pearce and of course, her boyfriend Chase.

Mark Estes and the Montana Boyz are posing on the red carpet!

The group made up of Mark, Kaleb Campbell Winterburn, and Kade Wilcox attended the 2024 CMT Music Awards held at Moody Center on Sunday (April 7) in Austin, Tex.

If you weren’t aware, Mark has been dating Kristin Cavallari since February. While on the red carpet, the 24-year-old model gave an update on his romance with the 37-year-old reality star!

“I’m really happy with her, obviously, you know? We just like each other a lot, that’s what we’re gonna run with,” Mark told ET. “She’s a smokeshow, too, so…”

He also addressed the possibility of having kids with Kristin one day.

“That’s a tough question, but we’re just kind of going with the flow right now,” Mark shared. “But we definitely have had the talk, obviously.”

Max Thieriot hits the red carpet at the 2024 CMT Music Awards held at Moody Center on Sunday (April 7) in Austin, Tex.

The 35-year-old Fire Country star was joined at the annual event by his wife Lexi Murphy, who looked beautiful in a strapless floral dress.

During the awards show, the CBS actor took to the stage with Megan Moroney to present the award for Breakthrough Female Video of the Year, which went to Ashley Cooke, and Breakthrough Male Video of the Year, which went to Warren Zeiders.

Megan also hit the stage for a performance of her song “No Caller ID,” which you can watch right here!

In case you missed the big news, Max‘s show Fire Country has already been renewed for a third season on CBS, as it was announced nearly a month ago.
