Kate Walsh Talks Temping at Home Shopping Network

Kate Walsh is all smiles as she walks through LAX airport to catch a flight out of town on Tuesday (November 9).

The 43-year-old Private Practice actress headed out of L.A. after dropping by Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier in the evening!

Kate, who was chatting about her new fragrance, Boyfriend, shared that she’s selling her product on the Home Shopping Network, but it’s not her first experience with the network – she temped as the administrative assistant to the president!

“When I was an up-and-coming actor, I temped and one of my assignments one day was [to go to] the South Loop to the HSN corporation. I was, like, all right, fine, it’s just another place for me to read my book.”

“I go in, and there’s all these TVs on with the Home Shopping Network. I did not make the connection at all and I was, like, ‘Oh my God, all these TVs!’ and I was, like, click click click, turned them all off…opened up my book and started reading.”
