Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Back Baring Dress at Maxim Party!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shows off her back in a Max Mara dress as she hits the red carpet at the 2011 Maxim Hot 100 Party held at Eden on Wednesday (May 11) in Hollywood.

The 24-year-old British model and actress landed the coveted spot at the top of Maxim‘s annual Hot 100 list!

Olivia Munn, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz, and Mila Kunis rounded out the top five of the list.

Rosie called the title a “great honor. It’s a great title to have for a year and you can have some fun with it, I think.”

At the party, Rosie met up with her Transformers: Dark of the Moon director Michael Bay.

FYI: Rosie finished her look with Sergio Rossi shoes and a Giuseppe Zanotti bag.
