Cheryl Cole: X-Factor Auditions

Cheryl Cole arrives at the Sears Centre on Thursday (May 19) for X-Factor auditions in Chicago, Illinois.

The 27-year-old singer and former American Idol judge Paula Abdul get along quite well together according to Simon Cowell. “They get on great,” he told the Daily Mail. “Cheryl adores Paula. She’s never worked with her before and I’d always spoken about how much fun she was so there’s a bit of a love fest going on at the moment between those two, but that will soon change.”

“The audience seemed to warm to Cheryl,” Simon added. ‘No problems with the understanding, from what we’ve heard.”
