Ricky Martin Covers 'The Advocate' April 2012

Ricky Martin takes the cover of The Advocate‘s April 2012 issue.

Here’s what the 40-year-old entertainer had to share:

On attaining success: “You have to be careful. It’s not easy to deal with fame. I’m very lucky to be surrounded by amazing people who are raw and honest, who will say I’m wrong, and who will also congratulate me.”

On not reading his book since it was published: “Exactly a week ago I had it open on my computer and I started reading a paragraph and had to stop. I had to stop. It reminded me of the place I was when I was writing it.”

On making an appearance on Glee: “I was very busy with so many things that I didn’t realize I missed acting. This had to happen.”
