Anna Paquin Walks with Charlie & Poppy for Afternoon Stroll!

Anna Paquin pushes her adorable twins Charlie and Poppy in their double stroller while out and about on Thursday (December 12) in Venice, Calif.

The 31-year-old actress and her 15-month-old twins are back on the West Coast after spending some time out east while husband and dad Stephen Moyer worked on The Sound of Music Live!
