Mindy Kaling Shows Some Leg at Fox's 'Girls Night Out'!

Mindy Kaling rocks a cute long-sleeved shift dress as she hits the red carpet while attending Fox’s Girls Night Out held at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre on Monday (June 9) in North Hollywood, Calif.

The 34-year-old Mindy Project actress was joined by Jane Lynch, Alex Borstein, Chelsea Peretti, Yeardley Smith, and producer Heather Kadin at the event where the ladies talked about their career beginnings, their shows, and the challenges that come with working in the industry.

“Today I’m all about the determinism of my free will,” Mindy tweeted before the event.
