Pharrell Williams Never Thought 'Happy' Would Give Him Any Sort of Attention

Pharrell Williams steps out of his hotel and greets tons of fans on Monday (July 7) in Birmingham, England.

The 41-year-old entertainer recently opened up to the AFP about the success of his hit “Happy.”

“It was humbling… I couldn’t believe anything that I ever did could get that kind of attention,” Pharrell said of the song. “That’s the magical part of it… Everyone has their own interpretation of it…their videos are all so much better than mine”.
