The 33-year-old reality star was then greeted by her adoring fans as she made her way to the BBC Radio 1 studios for her interview with host Nick Grimshaw.

The day before, Kim showed off her voluptuous body in a sheer ensemble while attending the 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards where she was crowned their Woman of the Year.
