Chris Martin Reunites with Gwyneth Paltrow & the Kids

Chris Martin wears a blue t-shirt and shorts while going solo to grab lunch at Farmshop at the Brentwood Country Mart on Sunday afternoon (September 14) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 37-year-old singer spent the previous evening with his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow and their two children Apple and Moses (not pictured) having dinner at Giorgio Baldi restaurant.
