Ashton Kutcher's Complaint Over Diaper Changing Tables Could Lead to NY Bill

“Check it out!!! Our effort is working. A Bill in NY to require universal changing tables. We can make a difference. ‪#‎BeTheChange‬,” the 37-year-old actor wrote last week on Facebook after he wrote about the issue last month.

“It’s time for men to pick up the slack in raising our kids, and this is part of that responsibility. I’ve got to give credit to Ashton for raising awareness of this issue. I identified with his Change.org petition and thought, ‘I’m in a good position to try to make a difference,’” New York state senator Brad Hoylman shared in a statement.
