Katie Holmes wears headphones around her neck while directing her upcoming film All We Had on Wednesday afternoon (August 26) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actress was joined on set by her co-star Stefania Owen.

The day before, Katie was spotted riding a bike with Stefania for a scene after shooting a more emotional moment with their co-star Luke Wilson.

All We Had follows a single mother and her teenage daughter, who find a new home and hope for their future when they move to the small town of Grand River, Ohio.
