Adam Levine Shoots Down Maroon 5 Super Bowl Rumors - Listen Now!
Adam Levine steps out for some The Voice promo work in New York City on Tuesday (October 27).
The 36-year-old entertainer went on the Howard Stern radio show and shot down rumors that Maroon 5 is in talks to play the Super Bowl in 2016.
“I don’t know where that [rumor] came from,” Adam said. “I like the fact that we can talk about it, because I think the band would be thrilled to do it. As far as where the rumors came from, that had nothing to do with any real conversation.”
“I know that we’re probably on a shortlist…We’ve been on a short list for a couple of years. [We] very actively want to play the Super Bowl.”
