Chris Martin Says Rihanna Is the Frank Sinatra of Today

Chris Martin hits the stage to perform during iHeartMedia and MediaLink’s dinner party at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on Tuesday (June 21) in Antibes, France.

The 39-year-old singer was seen stepping out of the hotel during the week and hopping onto a boat with an employee of the event.

In a new interview with The Guardian, Chris raved about his friend Rihanna‘s talent.

“She is the Frank Sinatra of our generation. She can turn anything into gold with that voice,” he said. “Rihanna‘s voice is just delicious for your ear. Sinatra had the same thing; anything he sang sounded pleasing to most people.”

Both Chris and Rihanna will be headlining the upcoming Made in America festival!
