Thandie Newton Meets Alicia Vikander, Celebrates Women in Film

Thandie Newton looks comfy and casual as she arrives at LAX Airport on Sunday (July 31) in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the weekend, the 43-year-old English actress headed to the first day of press for her upcoming sci-fi thriller series Westworld.

“So happy to meet divine #AliciaVikander #OscarWinner at #HollywoodForeignPress today,” she captioned an Instagram photo that same day. “Kay [Montano] works with her and has always said what a love she is. And I literally saw #ExMachina 2 days ago – she is fascinating in the role. So good. Feels like exciting times for women on the big and little screen. – and by extension an exciting time for everyone. Xx T.”

Kay is Thandie‘s makeup artist friend.
