Melania Trump Demands 'People' Retract Natasha Stoynoff Story

Melania Trump has threatened legal action against People if the magazine fails to retract statements from Natasha Stoynoff‘s story, which she says are false.

The former People writer has claimed that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her while interviewing him back in 2005 at the Republican presidential candidate’s home.

Natasha was assigned to the Trump “beat” at People during her time at the magazine and interviewed the couple on many occasions. She says that after the alleged assault happened, she ran into Melania on the street in New York City and that the former model asked why she doesn’t see her anymore.

Melania‘s lawyer sent a “demand for retraction and apology” to People and she tweeted out the letter.

“The true facts are these: Mrs. Trump did not encounter Ms. Stoynoff on the street, nor have any conversation with her. The two are not friends and were never friends or even friendly. At the time in question, Mrs. Trump would not have even recognized Ms. Stoynoff if they had encountered one another on the street,” the letter read.
